Intermittent fasting: month 7

So here we are, seven months down the line and I am still running a 4:3 diet, with restricted calories Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Strange then how my weight has plateaued in 2013: January, February and March weights are within an interval of two pounds .. less than a kilogram.

Since the end of December, I've been working hard one-hour sessions at the gym Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I like to think that this has developed some muscle - which has got to weigh something.
